Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Podiums Direct ("Podiums Direct," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with Marcy ("Marcy" or the "Application"), our internal Google Ads reporting tool. It applies to the Application and to this website.

Marcy is used only by authorized Podiums Direct personnel and operates only on Google Ads accounts that Podiums Direct owns or is authorized to manage. It is not offered to the public and does not collect information from members of the public.

1. Information we collect

Google account and authorization data

When an authorized user connects Marcy to Google Ads, we receive, through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow, the basic profile information associated with that Google account (such as the account's email address) and OAuth tokens that permit the Application to make API requests on that user's behalf.

Google Ads reporting data

Through the Google Ads API, the Application retrieves advertising performance data from the connected accounts. This includes account, campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad-level information along with associated metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, budget, and conversion counts. This data describes advertising activity; it is not data about individual consumers, and Marcy does not retrieve, request, or store personally identifiable information about the people who view or click our advertisements.

Application and log data

We keep operational logs recording events such as sign-ins, API requests made by the Application, report generation, and errors. These logs may contain the identity of the authorized user, timestamps, IP addresses, and technical diagnostic information.

Website data

This website consists of static informational pages. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and does not require or collect any personal information from visitors. Standard web server logs, which may include IP address, request path, and user agent, are retained for security and operational purposes.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above only to:

We do not use this information for advertising or marketing, we do not build user profiles from it, and we do not use it to serve or target ads to individuals.

3. Use of Google user data

Marcy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the internal reporting features described in this policy and on our home page.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide and secure the Application through our infrastructure providers, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected users.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data, unless we have the user's affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade information collected through the Application. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

5. Data retention

We retain advertising performance data for as long as it is useful for historical reporting and trend analysis, and thereafter as required for legal or recordkeeping purposes. Operational logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to security monitoring and troubleshooting. OAuth tokens are retained only while the corresponding authorization remains active and are deleted when access is revoked or is no longer needed.

6. Revoking access and deleting data

An authorized user may revoke Marcy's access to their Google account at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On revocation, the Application can no longer access the associated Google Ads data, and we delete the stored tokens for that authorization. To request deletion of data the Application has stored, contact us at privacy@podiumsdirect.com.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information handled by the Application. These include encryption of data in transit, restriction of access to authorized personnel who need it for their role, secure storage of credentials and OAuth tokens, and monitoring of application activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Podiums Direct operates in the United States, and information handled by the Application is processed and stored there. Where information is transferred from another jurisdiction, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.

9. Children's privacy

The Application is an internal business tool intended solely for use by adults acting on behalf of Podiums Direct. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Material changes affecting how we handle Google user data will be communicated to authorized users.
